At Ra Uru Hu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location using the provided label to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
